When will The Travel Summit take place?
The Travel Summit is a two-day event. It will be held on Saturday, October 29 and Sunday, October 30, 2022.

Where is The Travel Summit being held?
The Travel Summit will be hosted at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) in the North Building located at 255 Front St W, Toronto, ON, M5V 2W6, Canada.

What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes entry into both days of The Travel Summit, where you will have access to all presentations and networking sessions. Lunch will be provided on both days.
Your ticket will also include a digital copy of all of the presentations, which will be distributed after the event.

What will my weekend at The Travel Summit look like?
Both days will feature a planned schedule alternating between presentations and networking breaks, from 9am to 5pm. Be sure to arrive early on Saturday for registration.
We also encourage you to make yourself available for evening events throughout the weekend.

How will I get my ticket?
Digital tickets will be sent to the email address attached to your order. If you have not received your digital ticket within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder and then reach out via the contact form.
Please bring photo ID when you arrive, so we can confirm your registration with or without your ticket handy.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Due to our commitment to the event venue, we are operating a staggered structure for the refund deadline:
- 100% refund by July 29, 2022
- 50% refund by August 29, 2022
- 25% refund by September 29, 2022
We are unable to issue any refund amount after September 29, 2022.
Tickets can be transferred to another attendee until October 28, 2022 for a $50 (CAD) administrative fee.

Will the information presented be geared towards and/or applicable to attendees from outside Canada?
Travel is a global pursuit, and we have built The Travel Summit to be a “Canadian and global” event.
The information presented in our breakout sessions will cover both the Canadian and American travel & rewards landscapes in depth, and the majority of sessions will be equally applicable to attendees from all over the world.

How long will the sessions be?
The keynote speeches, breakout sessions, and panel discussions will each be about 60 minutes long, including time for questions from the audience.
